Alan is a well travelled business professional with experience in import and export of food and drink, specialising in Australian produce but having experience globally.
Primarily operating as Director of Merchant 138 Pty Ltd sourcing and distributing high quality Brazilian and Australian produce, but also active with my other two roles as a consulting partner of Fragile to Agile, an enterprise architecture specialist, and as co-founder and director of Bohemian Gypsy, which brings to the Australian market premium quality boutique wines developed through minimal intervention techniques from grape to bottle.
Also an accomplished IT and consulting professional with over 20 years experience working in three different continents and across diverse industry sectors such as banking and finance, health insurance, telecommunications, utilities, transport, electrical engineering, manufacturing and public service.
Born and raised in Sheffield, England, he moved to Adelaide 22 years ago after living in America for a couple of years.
A well-developed and unique balance of technical knowledge and business skills provides an ability to translate business intent and strategic aspirations into well designed and executable solutions that deliver tangible business value.
